This antique clown mask dates from the early 1900s.
These masks are quite rare and the stamps on the back increase their value.
The mask shows signs of use and age.
DRGM on the back stands for Deutsches Reichs-Gebrauchsmuster. This was a German patent registration system.
At the top is "Cotillon - Zeumer, Dresden." Before World War I, Dresden was a global center for paper goods and party supplies.
Nice collector's item.
Dimensions: 21 x 26 cm
