Terms and Conditions

The general terms and conditions of Van Mij en Co apply to all deliveries. By placing an order you declare that you accept these general (delivery) conditions. Deviations from the General Terms and Conditions are only valid if they have been expressly agreed in writing with Van Mij en Co.

If you place the order online at Van Mij en Co, it will immediately be summarized in an e-mail, including a link on which you can see the status of your order. You will receive a confirmation of the order, including payment/collection information and, if applicable, changes to the agreement.

I will process your order as quickly as possible.

I reserve the ordered items for 10 days. If I have not received payment or email within this period, the reservation will be canceled and the items will be offered for sale again. If a certain item is temporarily unavailable, you will receive a message from me within 24 hours, after which you can decide for yourself whether you order another item or cancel the item.

I aim to send items within 2 working days of receipt of the amount due. Self-painted products will be shipped by mutual agreement (depending on the amount of painting) after receipt of the amount due.

You can also pick up the order from me. I will indicate in the confirmation email when you can pick up the order. You can then make an appointment in consultation with me.

Ownership of the delivered items will only be transferred when all amounts due to Van Mij en Co have been paid. The risk regarding the items passes at the time the items are delivered or collected.

It may sometimes happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €6.95 per package, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@vanmijenco.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
